5) Volunteering to be a speaker = consent to recording
If you step onto the stage, sit in the guest chair, or otherwise affirmatively participate as a speaker, you:
Consent to audio/video recording of your participation, including your name, voice, image, and likeness.
Grant us royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to record, edit, reproduce, adapt, publicly perform, display, transmit, distribute, and create derivative works from the recording, in any media now known or later developed, for editorial, educational, and promotional purposes.
Acknowledge no expectation of compensation or approval rights, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Confirm you will not disclose confidential or third-party protected information and that your participation does not infringe others’ rights.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not enter the designated agree to being on a live interview and inform staff.
